How we work
The programmes are sports training sessions suited to the age of each group. With climbing as the starting point, young people build their physical, technical and mental abilities.
- Builds a sense of laterality and awareness of one’s own body.
- Encourages socialising and a sense of fellowship.
- Sharpens attention, concentration, memory and creativity.
- Fosters personal achievement.
